Want to fly again and wondering if any parents working for Flybe can give me an insight how you juggle your roster and family time. I have two kids, 15 & 12.

I’m also a parent and would be interested to see a roster/example of days on/off etc.. I’ve applied for Manchester but if anyone has any advice/examples from other bases that would be helpful too - thanks! :)
