Anti-depressants and Cabin Crew Medicals

Hey!

I'm thinking about a career change and I've always had a soft spot for cabin crew. I recently went back on Anti-depressants and I am unsure if that is an issue or not for cabin crew medicals. From what I gather on the CAA website they accept two medicines (setraline and I believe citalopram), however I take mirtazipine. I don't feel any side effects such as tiredness etc and also I don't want to change to a different medication as I believe this is having a good effect on me.

Anyone able to help?

Thanks

There are a selection of anti depressants permitted and this should not preclude you from getting the job. The airline may require your doctor to confirm the medication is working.

I know crew who are taking fluoxetine. As long as it is disclosed to the airline there should be no problem.
