i am new on the forum. Just wanted to ask a couple of questions. I have applied for Aer lingus through their website and was sent a link to complete an online test and video interview which i have submitted. Has anyone heard anything yet? second i was brosing through recruitment websites and saw they holding recruitment days in Pragues,barcelona,rome,bratislava,milan and budapest through an agency Nobox. Does anyone know the difference? if contract directly through Aer Lingus are better or the same. Thank you

I think if you apply through Nobox they ofer you fixed term contracts. At least two people from Spain that I know, they are off until next summer season and they went back to Spain.

I didn't heard anything yet from Aer lingus after the video interview, does someone know how long do they take to answer? Do they send rejection emails? Or did someone got invited to the assessment day?
