I really don't know where to go from here.. Virgin is the only airline I want to work for and this has been the second time I have reached the AD and unfortunately I received the news I was unsuccessful once again!

I really thought I did well at the AD and came away feeling quite confident this time. Should I just give up at this point as I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.. Especially at my second AD xx

I’m really sorry you were unsuccessful, but don’t give up girl! I know it must be really disappointing but if it’s something you really want, just keep trying. Lots of people are in the same position as you, and have tried many times. Take each experience and learn from it. Just don’t give up, it’s not the end of the road xx
