The assessment day is very relaxed, so just be yourself. Remember everyone else will be in the same boat as you. So go and talk to them and make some friends!

You will have to complete 2 group assessments during the morning. Depending on how you preform will depend on you getting through to the interview stage.

Make sure you know some info about easyJet, e.g history of the company, what planes they fly.

Questions are usually customer service based, e.g can you tell me a time when you have had to deal with a difficult customer? Can you tell me a time when you have gone above and beyond to offer excellent service? The assessors have a number of questions to ask, and they will usually ask about 6 questions, so the person before you could get 6 completely different questions to what you are asked.

Just be honest with your answers and be yourself, thats what they want to see.

Remember working as cabin crew is about working as a team, they will want to see you demonstrate this as well as talk about working in a team.

Good luck!

Hi, I don't work for easyJet, however I was successful at an assessment day. But I chose to go with a long haul airline which is what I really wanted more than short haul.

All the best for your assessment day and flying career

Yeah I'm really looking forward to it.

It's totally different to anything I've ever done so not sure what to expect.

You got far to travel to get there?

The only tip I can give is to be active in group exercises and sociable. They seem to look out for that. The exercises themselves don't really matter if you "win" them or not. Just need to know you tried and did your best.
As for the 1 to 1 interviews, make sure you research about the company a lot, since they'll ask you things you know about it. Be presentable and be sociable.

Thanks so much for your advice. I really appreciate it!

Do you know what they will ask about the company?
