the average salary is £1200 - £1500 a month but can be less and can be more depending on what you have flown. You get paid a month in arrear. So everything you fly from 1st - 30th april is paid at the end of May for example.
 
You dont pay for accommodation, its included. But they dont give you money for meals in Dubai.
 
When you're on a layover you are given allowance for meals. It varies depending on where you are ie the uk is expensive so you would be given more for that allowance than somewhere like Ghana for example.
 
When you first arrive in Dubai you are given 2000dirham as a sub to get you on your feet and started in Dubai. This is then deducted from your first 2 months wages - 1000 each month.
 
For your first year at emirates they also take a small amount from each of your monthly salaries. This is to cover any costs if you were to leave before the year is up. If you dont leave, you are given this money back at the end of your first year.

its about 70%. Most people do get through unless you say something really inappropriate or unprofessional. You have to remember that up until the FI the recruiters havent had a chance to see how you would handle the role.
 
They know your appearance is fine, they know you can work in a team, they know you can speak to a group comfortably but thats their first opportunity to find out if you know what is expected of cabin crew or how much you know about the job and what it entails and to really ask about your work experience.
 
For me, its the easiest part of the whole recruitment process.
 
You'll be fine. Getting to the FI is the hard part. Passing the FI is easy :)
